Area Security Manager

EENSP is accepting applicants for an Area Security Manager for the Indianapolis market. We are a small and growing company who provides professional services to professional clients while maintaining a positive and healthy work place. Our staff matters to us; their happiness as much as their success. We are looking for someone with a high work drive, capable of working with little supervision, and the ability to deliver results.

This is not an entry level position and will be asking a lot out of the position as we navigate through some growth spurts. The main hours will be Monday-Friday day time hours, 8-12 hours a day depending on job load. Weekend hours are occasionally, but not often, required. Holidays are also sometimes required and paid either time and a half or double time, depending on the holiday. This individual will answer only to the owner, or owners assistant.

The area manager will for a temporarily time wear many hats. This position is occasionally responsible for filling open shifts in the field. However, the main responsibilities would be sourcing new potential contracts, communicating with client and EENSP managers at current contracts gathering progress/performance reports and sourcing/problem solving any site issues, as well as ensuring reports and all paperwork is being completed and submitted. Interviewing and hiring new staff may be asked of this individual on rare occasions as well.

Company will furnish a work phone, laptop, and if necessary a company vehicle. Food and lodging while/if traveling will be paid for. Any contracts acquired due to this managers lead would trigger a $500-$1000 bonus. Each site meeting it's performance standards for 30 consecutive days would trigger a $250 bonus.

Due to the nature of this position, applicant must meet the following minimum criteria:
*21 years or older
*Ability to pass a background check
*Clean driving record
*Must possess a valid license to carry a handgun (CCW)
*Must have a valid drivers license
*Must have a thorough understanding of the security industry in Indiana and the applicable laws
*Must have at minimum 5 years security experience
*Must have at minimum 3 years management experience
*Must have great communication and people skills
*Must have basic knowledge of a computer and general computer software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
