Permit Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Permitter will be responsible for aiding plumbing, electrical, and the HVAC departments. Responsible for obtaining permits and providing customer support by taking and scheduling inspection requests.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Completes and pulls permit applications for, Snyder Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC departments.
  • Assists with the registration of installed equipment on respective Vendor websites.
  • Records daily permit issuance and fee transaction reports.
  • Answers telephone and assists customers in scheduling their permit inspections.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must have basic computer skills
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· 1 year experience

· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
