JOB PURPOSEThis individual will be trained in many areas and will learn several new skills in order to service our customers at 110%.We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude. MAJOR ACCOUNTABLITIES/ ESSENTIAL DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES:Candidates will be a part of the team that gets the chance to fulfill our customers' customized order request. Candidates could be trained to be a member within the order management team. Candidates will be expected to read and understand production notes and orders, work closely with other team members to ensure team culture is maintained, and goals are met. Team members will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed as order worksheets specify, within our quality expectation, and meeting our production goals. All candidates will be trained appropriately for our position roles and will be expected to be quick and committed learners.
  • Bag & Fold customized garments according to the SOP
  • Process garments in SAP
  • Put away items into hold bins
  • Accumulate and sort batches
  • Any other tasks asked by a lead or supervisor
  • Cross train in other areas of the CFC
  • Must enjoy and be able to utilize hands and wrists frequently within the work shift.
  • Must have high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Must able to stand for the duration of their scheduled shift and lift, push, pull and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel.
  • Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
  • Must have good foundation of the English language to be considered for this position.

Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college course work preferred

Experience: Prior PSG experience is preferred
