Requirements

We are looking for a Sales Representative whose primary duty is making sales for resident care services for the community. This role will be able to be customarily and regularly engaged in sales activity and community outreach from the community. We are looking for an individual who will participate in sales, including community awareness, maintenance of outreach programs and community organization relationships. This role will also conduct residence tours to prospective Residents, family members, or referral sources. You will also be asked to perform initial sales contact with potential customers and family members.


Requirements for the Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Previous experience in a sales, sales support or similar role preferably in a senior living environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Requires attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, sales presentation, follow-through and ownership on assignments

  • Experience with database management and scheduling

  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
