The Clinical Supervisor position works collaboratively with program director and is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice, providing clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence based practice, developing self and employees for success and high performance, leading quality performance initiatives.

Requirements: Master’s degree in a mental health or related specialty. Licensed or under supervision for license. 3-5 years clinical experience. Supervisory and program management experience is desirable. Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

QUALIFICATIONS – JOB/PROGRAM SPECIFIC: Masters’ degree in Clinical Social Work or related field with a minimum of five years counseling experience. Must demonstrate ability to work in a positive manner in a multi-disciplinary collaborative program affecting multi-cultural children/families. Has ability and willingness to work flexible schedule.
