We are looking for an exceptional mind to design, iterate, and scale our Subscription and other shared access offerings that help consumers of leading brands like Porsche, BMW, Stallantis, Subaru, and many more find alternative or supplemental access to transportation. You will make it simple and convenient for consumers to engage with these new offerings and for operators to deliver these exceptional experiences; helping to realize our vision that your transportation method should match your life.

You should be empathetic and deeply understand both your customers (dealers, OEMs) and the end consumer, have technical know-how to write requirements and interface with your engineering counterparts, as well as understand how to take products to market and iterate based on feedback.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, this is a temporary work from home role but will ultimately work in the Atlanta office.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Strategy/Discovery:

  • Conduct customer/market research; formulate an in-depth understanding of the problems across customer segements and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Design to rapidly prototype and validate solutions.

Planning:

  • Create and maintain product vision and roadmap; create business plans to secure funding; develop go-to-market strategy and value proposition. Illustrate market problems in a way that puts the problem in context. Provide relevant, timely and easily consumable updates to all internal and external audiences.
  • Manage feature creation, identify business rules and business impact; collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment across products; participate in planning and pre/post-planning events.

Development:

  • Build an effective relationship between Product and Engineering; collaborate with Engineering to scope, build, and launch new products and features.

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Partner with sales, product readiness, and marketing teams to articulate G2M strategy - including measurement and goals

Evaluation:

  • Assess product performance against KPIs; iterate to improve performance; create and deliver thoughtful information to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering/Computer Science, HCI/Design, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in product management, engineering, UX design/research, or strategy/innovation consulting (or equivalent combination of post-graduate education and work-related experience); exceptional applicants with less experience will be considered.
  • Possesses an entreprenuerial spirit: smart; logical but creative; conceptual and empirical; owner and influencer; tremendous ability to synthesize information; intuition for users and organizations; thrive with ambiguity; thirst to understand the "why" and the "how".
  • Strong technical understanding and interest. Have opinions on technology decisions that our engineers will value and respect. Our customers will view you as an authority.
  • Ability to communicate and influence across teams.
  • Working experience in a collaborative, cross-functional, and complex team environment.
  • Develops a wide breadth of knowledge across the industry or business.

Nice to have:

  • Automotive industry experience (particularily with subscription offerings)
  • Prior entrepreneurial experience
  • Experience with ethnographic and evaluative research, customer journey mapping, and service design
  • Experience with the latest design & protyping software (e.g. Sketch, Figma, etc.)
  • Development experience, including personal projects
