Receptionist/Office Administrator

Global business solution company is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to
perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have
excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work
independently. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative
Assistant and familiarity within Construction industry, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, Assist clients as necessary
  • Process Payroll - Quickbooks, verification of employee work hours
  • Create, finalize & send invoices, follow up on collections
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence, letters, faxes and forms
  • Managing Recurring Expenditures (Insurance, Vendor Invoices, Rent, Utilities, Etc)
  • Tracking and updating insurances (General Liability, Workers Comp., Commercial Auto etc.)
  • Request and tracking Certificates of Insurance
  • File documents online - must be familiar with DOB proceedings, Manufacturers Warranties applications and processing
  • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, insurance agents, expeditors, coworkers
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Be able to work independently
  • Perform project related administration

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
