Position Overview

Under the general direction of the Founder & Executive Chairman of the Board, the Family Office Manager will be responsible for professional and personal administrative support. As such, you will be expected to act as a Redwood brand ambassador, promote our brand and provide the best resident experience possible.

All Redwood employees are expected to conduct all organizational business and practices in accordance to Redwood company policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Coordinate, manage and maintain the Executive's calendar and daily schedule.
  • Obtain signatures for Redwood business affairs working closely with related teams, at times obtaining from executive’s personal residence.
  • Manage logistics for internal and external meetings including, but not limited to, the following: scheduling conference rooms, preparing agendas, managing the collection and production of meeting materials, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking and reporting on status of action items and deliverables.
  • Compose, proofread, and edit correspondence, prepare letters, and memos.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Ensure expense reports are completed accurately, within budget limits and approved within the system.
  • Utilize the company's software systems and corporate resources to find new, innovative ways to improve efficiency.
  • All other related duties or special projects, as assigned.

Family Office

  • Be actively involved in running a family office.
  • Perform administrative services, which are essential to the running of a smooth family office
  • Services Include but are not limited to:
  • Payment of invoices and review of expense authorization and bank statement reconciliation
  • Helping create technology systems that would improve the efficiencies of running a family office
  • Comfortable working with vendors who perform accounting, legal, technology, and travel services
  • Comfortable working with accounting and finance related transactions
  • Curiousity around running a family office
  • Keeping schedules and communicating with members of the family

Required Qualifications, Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • General computer proficiency, software includes QuickBooks,, and Summitas
  • Notary preferred

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. In this role, the employee will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, desk phones, iPhone, photocopiers, etc. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, bend and walk with the ability to lift 20 pounds where applicable.
