Executive Assistant to Elite Level Team


The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides professional administrative and organizational support to the CEO and executive team. Managing the CEO’s office operations. This critical and dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism, poise and confidentiality. The position serves as both the gatekeeper and gateway to the C-Suite and builds critical relationships with Board of Directors, Investors and the entire Bunker team. A tech-savvy individual and a business-minded professional is necessary.

The position will operate in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of fluid responsibilities to include a variety of project management responsibilities between the CEO and all departments. Working our West Hollywood offices as well as attending off-site meetings and events.

  • Meet daily with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and provide information to guard and ensure his/her productivity
  • Maintain an organized projects and actions database to strategically move projects forward
  • Break through roadblocks to move projects forward
  • Act as a strong gatekeeper, while also building strong relationships with other members of the team, the executive team, and outside contacts
  • Be an exemplary ambassador for the CEO and the Bunker.
  • Create and maintain partner decks
  • Manage communications, including email, social media, verbal, written, digital
  • Act as liaison to the Bunker’s executive team
  • Attend critical meetings with or for the CEO, compile key takeaways / actions and ensure follow-up

· Outstanding academic credentials or equivalent professional experience

· Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills
