Patient Care Coordinator (Remote Position)

Market Dynamics (MDx) is a life sciences and consultancy company providing clinical services for pharma and biotech manufacturers.

MDx is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to efficiently manage the scheduling of in-home appointments and operations support. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the liaison between patients and our network of clinical providers. Responsibilities include overseeing the scheduling process from start to finish, documenting case details, placing outbound calls to patients and clinicians, and answering incoming calls and emails.

Duties / Responsibilities:

» Responsible for case creation, scheduling, and confirming appointments.

» Daily communications with patients and network clinicians.

» Document case details in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

» Answer incoming calls and email correspondence.

» Place outbound calls to patients and clinical providers.

Required Skills / Abilities:

» Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

» Proficient with Google Maps.

» Strong verbal, written and communication skills.

» Ability to interact courteously and professionally with patients and clinical staff.

» Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

» Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

» Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Education and Experience:

» Bachelors degree (preferred).

» 2 years of customer service experience (required).

» Related field experience in healthcare administration (preferred).

Job Type:
