About the role

The Process and System Analyst will be a key member of the NA O2C team. This person will be responsible for managing on going activities and continuous improvement efforts throughout all business lines by serving as a subject matter expert and specialist to resolve sales process and system issues. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects and activities supporting the business for the entire portfolio of O2C systems.


Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
  • Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve issues from business teams for entire portfolio of O2C systems and processes.
  • Work collaboratively and build relationships with Business User's, CREST, and IT to identify best business practices and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain O2C business process and training documentation library.
  • Oversight and coordination for merger and acquisition projects to ensure on time and successful implementation to include the following:
    • ensure alignment across business streams
    • ensure master data is cleansed and loaded
    • security requirements are analysed and aligned with North America
    • training needs are addressed
    • testing is successful and issues are addressed timely
    • provide post go live support
  • Identify training needs and coordinate/deliver training to end users as needed.
  • Categorize and solution user security requests/conflicts across O2C systems in line with Segregation of Duties.
  • Manage Internal Control requirements.
  • Manage both Internal and External audits; specifically around system functionality and controls.
  • Direct the implementation of break/fix, enhancements, and major projects ensuring on-time and quality delivery - aligning standardization across business lines and country.
  • Oversee top priority incidents communicating with NASC and extended team members as needed.
  • Support cross-functional priorities as directed by Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS

  • O2C Business Users (Sales, Credit, Logistics, Billing, Shipping) - Resolve questions and issues; review and approve system access requests, prioritize and gather business requirements for changes; provide training as needed
  • Internal Control - Review and implement mitigating controls; security changes as applicable.
  • CREST - Resolve questions and issues; escalation and resolution of business issues; provide training as needed
  • NASC - Analysis, prioritization, and escalation of business issues; management, prioritization, testing, and approval of system and project changes
  • P2P, MAN, R2R Streams - Resolve questions and issues as needed; testing and approval of changes impacting O2C
  • Legal and Tax - As needed for clarification and business issues/changes

Qualifications

We're looking for:

Education: Bachelor's/University Degree preferred; or combination of post-secondary education and acquired business experience

Field of Study Preferred: Business Administration or Information Technology

Required Work Experience: 3-5 years

Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP

Travel Requirements: 10%-15%
