Job Summary

As a member of the HRIS & Analytics team, you will serve as the lead reporting and systems analyst for MyEyeDr. Associate and Doctor talent acquisition and staffing. You will configure systems, manage processes, and produce recurring and ad-hoc reports related to open positions, recruiting activity, candidate management, hiring data, and other staffing or headcount information.

Reporting to the Director of HR Systems and Analytics, you will frequently partner with the Talent Acquisition team, the Associate Services Center, and other HRIS analysts on managing data, system workflows, processes, and interfaces between technology applications. This full-time role is a flex-work opportunity based out of one of our home offices in Vienna, VA, with the option to work remotely about 70% of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Write, maintain, and deliver a variety of simple and complex reports using appropriate reporting tool for ongoing needs, often with varying business leader requests
  • Analyze and summarize data and trends to track toward key metrics
  • Configure system settings, workflows, forms, and data fields
  • Advise teammates and business partners in the user of the solution, offering best practice advice and resolutions tailored for audience
  • Identify opportunities and make recommendations for system and process improvement to standardize and streamline
  • Spearhead enhancements list and manage projects to in collaboration with other HR functions
  • Develop user procedures and documentation of processes, as well as train stakeholders and new system users on processes and functionality
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and unexpected results or process flaws, including resolution of tickets and technical support
  • Participate in vendor management
  • Demonstrate integrity in keeping information confidential and following protocols for sharing data


  • A Bachelor's degree in information systems, data science, human resource management, or business administration, or related field or equivalent certification.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years' experience with cloud software or in a technology-focused role, preferably administration of systems related to HR (e.g., Human Capital Management, Talent Management)

    Job Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

  • Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data; experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI a plus

  • Experience researching information and analyzing data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action.

  • Proven success in working independently and the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs with some level of ambiguity

  • Demonstrated customer focus and collaboration skills

  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, principals, and practices related to Human Resources a plus
