Purchase 2 Pay Specialist


The Purchase 2 Pay Specialist Role works closely with our accounts payable andpurchasing department,internal/external customers and vendors. This position willensure that the vendors that we work with are set up and onboarded correctly and paid on time for their products and services. The role will monitor key metrics, provide support and training and troubleshoot problems related to the Procure to Pay lifecycle.

  • Ensure timely setup of new suppliers
  • Work with a Data Librarian as needed to ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Assist the A/P team in meeting key metrics; on time payments, discounts taken, cycle times, etc.
  • Accurate and timely setup of vendors on Oracle iSupplier.
  • Lead person for troubleshooting issues that may occur
  • Champion for automation solutions, utilizing RPA and other tools available
Desired Experience
  • 3-5 years - accounts payable or procurement (preferred or related experience)
  • High level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to Identify issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Dependable
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (preferred)
Education Bachelors or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
