Overnight Concierge

The Overnight Concierge role is responsible for helping guests checking in, supporting other hotel operations, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property. Please submit a cover letter.

Job Responsibilities

Provide assistance to hotel guests from 11pm-7am

  • Helping guests checking-in and checking-out
  • Assisting any hotel and office operations
  • Maintain good records of checking in and out data in computer
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed
  • Deal with guests complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure hotel guest’s satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests
  • Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas and model
  • Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
  • Have a customer centered mind-set, accommodating, friendly ,and pay attention to details


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
  • One year of industry experience preferred

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
