Customer Service and Acquisition Manager

Cortiam is a 21st Century startup looking to modernize the Real Estate Industry. The Customer Service/Acquisition Manager at Cortiam is responsible for attracting and educating potential clients, assisting clients through the listing and “winning” process and retaining them as repeat customers. The Customer Service/Acquisition Manager will be skilled in high level customer service, a lead salesperson, confident in community outreach and creative with advertising opportunities. This position while remote must be located in South or North Carolina.

List of Responsibilities:

  • Handle the client acquisition process from start to finish. Follow up with interested customers, process new accounts and properties
  • Measure and report on the performance of client acquisitions and customer service to gain insight and assess against goals
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, brokers and agents
  • Provide world class customer service to all clients and prospects
  • Administrative duties such as reviewing and approving new accounts, answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining an organized workspace
  • Position is remote however you will be expected to travel to presentations, prospective clients places of business and other locations related to your position
  • And other responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements/Skills:

  • 3+ years sales experience preferred
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and or iWork suite
  • Ability to create powerful and unforgettable presentations
  • Strong presentation skills in person and via video conferencing
  • Receptive to feedback and driven by personal growth
  • Passionate about building and growing with a start-up'

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
