JOB SUMMARY*

We are seeking a service-oriented, engaging, and professional Front Office Manager to support our corporate office in Greensboro, NC. A true “Go-To” employee resource, this is a critical role as this individual is also the first point of contact for all visitors and guests, tasked with ensuring a positive office setting and streamlining office operations for maximum efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES*

Provide administrative support to Executive team members and other employees, as needed, including, but not limited to, meeting scheduling and preparation, correspondence/memo drafting and editing, and mailing packages/IT equipment

  • Direct all guests, including new hires, maintenance, etc. to intended locations
  • Operate the company’s main switchboard, appropriately direct calls, and respond to general inquiries in a polite, timely manner
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence with discretion
  • Manage facility maintenance and cleaning scheduling to ensure a clean and safe office environment
  • Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Manage, order, and replenish office and employee breakroom supplies through online ordering systems; ensure organization of common areas, including kitchen, reception, and conference rooms
  • Address special projects and support additional teams, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must be organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to work on multiple projects, as well as an ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Must have an ability to maintain accuracy and quality while working at a fast pace
  • Must be highly articulate with a service-oriented communication style and have a positive, proactive attitude – a willingness to assist wherever needed
