Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Our investment management firm on Brickell Bay Drive is seeking a reliable administrative assistant/receptionist. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills and must be detail-oriented.

Sample tasks: processing financial transactions, office management duties, filing. We also require strong interpersonal and communications skills, as you will be interacting with our clients. Professional presentation and attire is required in the office at all times.


  • Investment Management, Broker/Dealer, or Banking industry experience (desirable)

Pay: $32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
