Contract Administrative Assistant - $17-19/hr.

We have an immediate opening for a contract administrative assistant with a company in the office equipment & technology industry. In this role you'll handle a mixture of administrative, data entry, and customer service tasks. 

Job Duties
  • Primary duties are the enter in sales orders quickly and accurately 
  • Receive orders via email, phone, and online order placing platforms
  • Manage the front desk space answering a small amount of incoming phone calls and routing calls within the office
  • Assist with various administrative/clerical tasks around the office as needed 
Additional Information
  • Schedule: 8am- 4:30pm, Mon - Fri
  • Pay: $17-19/hr.
  • Contract Length: 3-6 months, potential for permanent hire if the role is a good fit for both sides
Requirements
  • Previous administrative/order entry experience is preferred
  • Strong typing skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
