Recruitment Coordinator

Our client, a world leading Food and Beverage company Burnsville, MN is currently looking for an Recruitment Coordinator to join their expanding team

Position Details:

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Burnsville, MN


Client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of contract.

You may participate in the company group medical insurance plan


Position has potential to convert to fulltime.

The HR Coordinator position will provide full cycle staffing support for frontline positions (hourly) for the Twin Cities area with potential to expand scope to support other locations in Wisconsin.

Job Requirements:

Primary responsibilities include:

Create and manage job postings with various platforms including Indeed and ADP

Provide high quality candidate experience through frequent communication, candidate follow-up, troubleshooting and support through every step in the application and pre-employment process

Support with candidate outreach and recruiting efforts through schools, job boards, career fairs, hiring events etc.

May assist with candidate onboarding as needed


2+ years' experience HR and/or recruiting support/coordination

Bachelor Degree preferred

Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, Power Point, Excel

Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications

Experience in prioritizing work and multi-task - Strong sense of urgency

Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills – Discretion with sensitive information

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
