Intranet Program Administrator- SharePoint


As the Program Manager, Intranet and Digital Engagement on the Marketing team, you will be responsible for ideating, developing and executing intranet communications strategies and plans that will inform, engage and inspire all employees through improvements of user design and user experience. This leader will partner closely with internal communications, learning development, human resources, information technology, digital communications colleagues, and business partners around our healthcare system to create and execute integrated communications. You will empower and equip team members to have the tools and information they need to support individual and company objectives.


  • Responsible for administering the intranet site that is hosted on SharePoint online.
  • Responsible for coordinating, communicating, and training for various stakeholders and department site owners across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have a balance of communication strategies and technical expertise.
  • The administrator will be able to guide users toward the best strategy and functionality for their communication needs.
  • Understand and implement standard design practices and train others to do the same.
  • Collaborate with the editors from various departments to create and maintain quality of content and an ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Responsible of other tasks and data quality as needed an and assigned within the Technical Digital Strategy team.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of communication strategies and tactics for continuous improvement, measured by qualitative and quantitative feedback and lead the strategy and development for new SharePoint department sites that are accessible by over 8,000 internal users.


  • 5 years of related experience, required.
  • 3 years' experience in a SharePoint administrator role, preferred.
  • 2 years of experience creating workflows and/or forms within SharePoint leveraging SP Designer, InfoPath, and/or Power Automate, preferred.


  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required.
  • Graduate or professional work or advanced degree, preferred.

$44,000.00 - 67,000.00
