Sr Financial Analyst - Service Fee Arrangements/Reg W

Job Description:

This role resides within the CFO – Global Financial Controls Group and will support all day to day activities in regards to enterprise-wide Service Fee Arrangements. This role will have the opportunity to work with Finance and LOB teams across the enterprise and strengthen our ongoing intercompany service billing and related intercompany expense allocation processes.   The Senior Financial Analyst will work with technology partners on maintenance and enhancements to the Service Agreement Database.   The role will partner with the Enterprise Inter-affiliate Services team to ensure the accurate and timely response to terminated, amended or new arrangements. Other responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, the remediation of audit issues, the development and testing of Service Agreement Data Base enhancements and the execution and identification of process improvement initiatives.  Strong analytical skills with a good ability to communicate crisply about complex topics is important. 

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Accurate and timely execution of  enterprise wide Service Fee Arrangement requests
  • Ensuring Regulatory compliance for Reg W 23B
  • Thorough tracking and document retention to satisfy Audit requirements
  • Perform quarterly attestations for Reg W population of existing Service Fee Arrangements
  • Assist in the remediation of outstanding audit issues
  • Manage and support various enterprise-wide issues and activities

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Ability to partner across the organization to achieve goals
  • Highly organized
  • Change-oriented

Desired Skills:

  • Good business partnering experience
  • SharePoint experience
  • Tableau experience or emerging tech
  • Prior experience with legal entity financials or services
  • Experience with Bank of America legal entity framework
