Implementation Associate

Implementation Associate (Entry Level)

 Our client is one of the leading healthcare payment and premium processing companies in the country.  With a focus on payment challenges and opportunities in the industry, they work with 60,000+ healthcare providers in the US, reliably processing over $6 Billion annually in-patient payments.

The Implementation Associate is a key member of the Implementation team.  Implementation Associates will perform scheduled technical installations, merchant training and support services over the phone. The role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact directly with merchants on a daily basis.

Primary Job Duties:
  • Partner medical/dental practices and healthcare system staff with the launching and training of our payment processing solutions
  • Provide training, and support remotely throughout the implementation and go-live of physician/dental practices and healthcare systems on our payment processing platform
  • Set clients up for long-term success with cost savings and payment processing strategies
  • Train physicians, providers, and office staff on our processes and technologies
  • Manage a detailed project plan and communicate status to the client and  management team
  • Manage multiple projects at once
  • Manage change and client expectations effectively
  • Establish aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
  • Document interactions and maintain communication records in CRM
  • This position reports the implementation manager
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associates degree IT, (or in a related discipline) OR 1 year experience in IT related field 
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
