Nova Hearing Centers, Inc. is the Hampton Roads Areas only SDVOSB Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. We specialize in Hearing Health and Technology. Most Nova HIS and AuDs will be given one to two clinic locations to operate at a time, so it is incredibly important for their Patient Care Coordinator to be efficient with time, be able to prioritize tasks.

We are seeking a candidate to help us with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking in patients, maintaining patient records, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

A set scheduled of Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. This position is 40 hours with the possibility of overtime with approval. Paid Travel for running errands, such as dropping off a package or going to the post office when approved. Bonuses are available monthly.

The position holds a 60-Day Probationary Period with review upon completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provide stellar customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.

-Organize, maintain, and build patient files and upload hard files to practice management software.

-Telemarketing outbound when needed to prospective patients.

-Take inbound calls, schedule appointments, and resolve basic inquiries.

-Open Office and maintain building in the event the specialist is on a home visit, seminar or marketing opportunity.

-Collect Payments.

-Maintain cleanliness of both the Lobby and Restroom.

-Maintain Record Log of daily office activities and tasks completed. As well as log notes of daily activities in practice management software.

-BE PUNCTUAL!!!!!

PREFERRED SKILLS:

-HIPAA compliant

-Driver’s License

-Outbound calling/telemarketing/phone sales/call center experience

-Some post-secondary schooling (especially in office mgmt. or customer service)

MANDATORY SKILLS:

-High School Diploma

-18 years of age

-Reliable Transportation

-Customer Service Experience (1 yr)

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 Per Hour/ Depending on Experience

COVID-19 Considerations:
All staff are required to show proof of COVID vaccination. All patients are scheduled in a staggered manner as to allow time for disinfecting and avoid close patient to patient contact.

Those who are not COVID vaccinated must show proof of a negative COVID test once a week.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
