JFC is partnering with a well-known and respected healthcare organization in Hershey to assist with their medical scheduling. They are seeking several new team members to assist with scheduling patients for their appointments. These are full-time positions with between 32 and 40 hours per week.

These opportunities are contract to start, but there is opportunity for permanent hire if the position is a good long-term fit!

Pay Rate: $15.00

Responsibilities:

- Answering calls coming into the scheduling line

- Utilizing EMR and Salesforce software for scheduling

- Scheduling patient visits, pre-operative tests, diagnostic tests, and all other procedures for their assigned area(s) of responsibility within multiple practice areas

- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of prior medical office or call center experience

- Ability to adapt to change and remain flexible

- Professional demeanor

- Experience working with confidential information

- Ability to pass a background and drug test screening
