Customer Support Representative

Customer Support Representative - Full-Time, $24 - $28/hr, Fully Remote

Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to be placed at our client, a high tech giant! This consultant can work remotely supporting our client virtually and needs to be able to work Pacific Time Zone.

This role will provide customer support for Learning Partners that participate in a program that is run by our client. The program is for companies that deliver training around individual certifications that are created/managed by the client. Cases come in through a specific tool and Customer Support reps are responsible for resolving those cases. The ideal candidate can balance communication, problem solving, researching and support.

Responsibilities

  • Managing cases in a timely manner
  • Request, verify and process information/documentation
  • Provide resources, information and support to the requestors
  • Help partners navigate and direct them to right information
  • Follow up and ensure case resolution
  • Forward cases to higher level of support if needed
  • Help in identifying patterns and raise flags on recurring questions and issues

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong Oral and Written Communication skills (especially email skills as most cases are resolved via email)
  • Self-starter (ability to learn the process and execute)
  • 2+ years of working experience in Customer Service, preferably in a high tech environment
  • Previous experience with Case Management is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Efficient time management
  • Flexible and able to work in collaborative environment
  • Proactive communicator
  • Enjoys and appreciates a fast-paced environment
