Restaurant Accountant / Bookkeeper

Our growing hospitality company is in search of an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper that will support the Corporate Controller. This fast paced environment requires that the candidate be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering daily, weekly, & period end financial transactions into QuickBooks
  • Accounts Payable support for multiple locations
  • Inputting and reconciling payroll for multiple locations weekly
  • Human Resource point of contact
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. Proficient in MS Word & Excel. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality is required. Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
