Supply Chain Support

We are a world-class supplier to Fortune 100 aerospace and defense companies seeking to stay competitive while sustaining our Gold customer service culture. We are looking for a detail oriented, organized and process driven team member to support our team in Dunedin, FL.

The open Supply Chain Support / Planner position will ensure 100% quality and on-time delivery of material and parts to meet customer requirements. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who appreciate a positive, professional, and teamwork environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute high volume material flow processing transactions per customer requests
  • Expedite movement of material and parts between production areas/inventory locations
  • Prioritize urgent requests and high volume requests in Outlook inbox
  • Research inventory requests and update customer’s system regarding inventory movement information as needed
  • Follow shipping instructions and include requested detail to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with customers via email and follow up as required
  • Maintain transaction log/Excel spreadsheet
  • Ensure 100% quality in all transactions
  • Work with team members to maintain lean processes
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Two years attempted college (Associate’s Degree not required) or five years relevant supply chain experience required
  • Recent college graduates with computer proficiency welcome to apply!
  • Administrative, business, or supply chain background or degree preferred
  • MRP familiarity beneficial
