Corporate Office Coordinator

Stone Academy’s Corporate Office Coordinator opening is the perfect role for an administrative professional with experience in higher education or administrative support. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments (i.e. Human Resources, Financial Aid, executives, etc) in Stone Academy’s corporate office. This role provides key support to our overall corporate staff and operations. Strong organizational skills, willingness to learn and writing and editing skills are a must. A thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Suite is necessary. Duties also include greeting visitors, data entry, sorting and distributing mail, ordering supplies, overseeing conference room scheduling, and special projects as regularly assigned.
