Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Specialist. Duties include providing support to our site construction management team. This position will manage our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication, be self-motivated, honest, reliable, and love learning new things associated with the wind industry.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible in keeping communications on the project with internal and external parties.

· Prepare reports on project status.

· Schedule meetings and appointments for project team.

· Attend daily meetings with contractors and record minutes of the meeting.

· Procure construction office supplies and needs.

· Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

· Support site managers.

· Listen, record, and document project community neighbors’ complaints.

Experience:

· Able to adapt to many situation regarding construction project personnel, government representative and project neighbors

  • Knowledge and experience working under the requirements of the local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Software knowledge including:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Project
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Focused with the ability to think outside the box and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent English in writing and speaking; second language beneficial but not required (Spanish German,).
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.

· Flexible and cooperative with a well-developed team spirit

  • Diplomatic and honest with a high stress threshold
