Operations Assistant (SF location)

Public market deals transact in milliseconds, but private market transactions can take weeks or even months to close. Negotiating agreements, messy communication, cumbersome closing processes, and human errors complicate the completion of these private deals.

Anduin helps investors, fund managers, lawyers & companies facilitate these processes with workflow tools to reduce the time and effort it takes to close different types of private market transactions.

We are looking for a part-time operations assistant who can works 3 days a week, located in SF. As a part of our operations team, you will work with outsourced services vendors in the delivery of daily operations to build an environment where the team can thrive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Choose a place and set up our new office (have relevant experience would be a plus)
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with service providers and office lease
  • Provide general support to employees and address their queries regarding office management issues
  • Plan off-site activities, like parties and celebrations
  • Additional support to the operations team as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administration or office management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment
  • Be honest, patient, and organized
  • A can-do attitude and team spirit

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
