Associate Advisor (1+ years financial services experience)

Open Position: Associate Advisor

Our wealth management firm is growing and we're looking for another outstanding team member to support our clients and advisors in the role of Associate Advisor.

This is a detail-oriented position that will require you to multitask, anticipate needs, and adjust to changing priorities as well as operate as an effective member of a team. You must be reliable, organized and deadline driven.

Primary responsibilities will be focused on advisory and planning functions as your skillset develops and expands. This includes managing financial planning data, attending advisory meetings with the advisor and client, as well as coordinating with CPAs and attorneys.

Secondary responsibilities include processing account openings, transfers, and distributions according to company processes & policies. You will be expected to answer and prioritize telephone calls, emails, daily account maintenance, and other client support tasks.

The position requires sitting, standing, and mobility throughout the office, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. We encourage and support individual growth and development.

Job Type: Full-time in person. Remote/flex work possible based on tenure.

Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually

Educational and Experience Preferences
Interest and/or experience in the financial services industry
Undergraduate degree or higher

Financial services licenses / certifications are preferred but not required

Compensation Range
Base Salary: Extremely competitive based on experience
Bonus: Based on both personal and firm results
2-4 Weeks of paid vacation, depending upon experience
10 personal days
