Marketing Associate

Perrin is seeking a Marketing Associate to contribute to the company’s newly created Marketing team. This is a newly created position so it's a great time to make this position your own! Strong candidates will offer a demonstrated experience and an understanding of corporate and B2B marketing, social media, and public relations best practices.

This is a multi-faceted role that is suited for marketing professionals that have a strong interest in digital marketing, business development, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with team members to help maintain website content and execute email and social media campaigns.
  • Develop content marketing reports highlighting key takeaways and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to social media and website strategy to advance company initiatives.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on social media best practices for the company.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral to support internal and external business strategies.
  • Assist with designing, editing, proofreading, and formatting a variety of marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns


  • Associate's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. A combination of relevant experience and education may substitute for a degree.
  • 2+ years professional marketing experience; Business to Business marketing preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive, innovative, and forward-thinking.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various internal and external audiences.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, high standards of service and responsiveness in an ever-changing environment.
  • Possess strong creative instincts and sound business judgment.
  • Credibility to influence internal clients in a consultative way.
  • Ability to navigate in a professional environment, helping to anticipate needs and achieve desirable results.
  • Experience with paid search, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing tactical experience required; Experience with Facebook advertising is required.
  • Working knowledge of marketing software such as Hubspot, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc. is required. Certifications a plus and will be expected upon hire.
  • Experience with WordPress and Shopify is a plus.
  • Providing a design portfolio is a bonus!
