Kimia Wellness- Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a long term experienced office manager with great communication skills and ability to multitask. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in providing the best customer service possible.

This person would be warm, friendly, detail oriented, and efficient. The office manager would be responsible for making phone calls and sending emails to patients, The goal is to help the practice provide the best care to patients. We are looking for someone who is initiative, responsible, organized and who is great at following instructions and following through.

We are a Wellness Company bringing in-depth clinical experience to help our patients. We offer: Acupuncture, Cupping, Chinese herbal medicine, Massage, Physical Therapy, Nutritional health coaching, and personal training. .

Requirements:

  • Easily motivated and self-directed worker
  • Must be efficient with computers (PC) & typing
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and phone presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manage time effectively
  • Reliable, punctual, trustworthy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be available Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-3pm and every other Sun 10am-3pm
  • Must be passionate about health and wellness and support the company's goals

$18 to $32.00/hour based on experience,

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 4 years (Preferred)
