We are looking for an experienced Administrative Office Assistant to provide effective administrative and project management support to the Vice President and Deans in all aspects of their day-to-day tasks. You will work at a well-known college in Lancaster, PA.

You’ll earn $18.50 an hour and work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. This is a temp-to-direct hire position where you will be eligible for full benefits, if directly hired by the college.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.
  • Responding to email inquiries.
  • Preparing correspondence and materials.
  • Setting up meetings on behalf of the Vice President or Dean, as needed.

To be considered for these positions, you must have 2-4 of office administrative experience, a high school diploma or GED, and:

  • Good computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Be willing to consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working with this company.
