MIHO Catering Co. is the premier catering and events company in San Diego. Our mission is to create life's most enjoyable and meaningful experiences to bring people together.

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and passion for the culinary arts in order to lead our team of driven and talented chefs. This role is similar to a Chef de Cuisine, however we refer to it as our Culinary Manager.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage the BOH department and team.
  • Manage staff performance and development.
  • Manage prep, tastings and event execution.
  • Participate in prep, tastings and events.
  • Reports directly to the General Manager.
  • Cover culinary administrative duties when necessary.
  • Achieve BOH food and labor cost targets as much as possible.
  • Support menu development and custom menus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
