Technical Support Specialist/ Field Technician

Responsibilities :

  • Phone/ email customer service and troubleshooting/problem solving
  • Conduct on-site and remote training
  • Assist with on-site installations as needed

Skills Required:

  • Ability and flexibility for travel required (Continental US)
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Familiarity with Linux, MySQL, Microsoft Azure, and other server environments a plus
  • Networking knowledge
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Very good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Can communicate technical concepts clearly to customer's level of understanding
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems creatively
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues relating to our systems and hardware (training provided)
  • Spanish is a plus

Education:

  • AA or AS in Computer Science or other applicable field of Study suggested
  • Network Certifications (MCSA, A+, CCNA, Net+) preferred

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00/year
