Payroll Administrator

Payroll Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for entering new hires into system
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed payroll reports
  • Process payroll for over 500 multi-state and multi-location employees
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining vacation time and sick time
  • Making sure specific deductions are processed - Federal and State taxes, insurance, retirement, savings, and other deductions related to processing payroll.
  • Run specific reports needed for accounting on a monthly basis within ADP
  • Cut manual checks when needed and back up Accounts Payable
  • Prepare reports in Microsoft Excel


  • Minimum three years’ of experience with payroll processing
  • Some college preferred or relevant work experience
  • Experience with ADP required
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • High degree of professionalism
