Description: Goodside Health is the nation’s leading provider of physical and mental health telehealth services originating from on-campus school nursing offices. In addition to 45+ current district partners with enrollment of 650,000+ students, our clinic line of business, Urgent Care for Kids, also currently operates 13 clinic locations. The company is experiencing exponential growth and is currently seeking skilled business development and sales talent to accelerate this growth.

Goodside Health is partnering with independent school districts to provide tele-health services to their students.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans (targeting schools) to attract new partner districts
  • Increasing client base
  • Finding and following new sales leads
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Executing sales objectives
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers

Location: The ideal candidate would be based in Houston, Austin, or Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas (in order of preference)

. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communication, or related field preferred
  • Experience in K-12 education, healthcare, population health, mental and physical health is desirable
  • 3 to 5 years’ of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Conflict resolution
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
