Bookkeeper/HR/Adminstrative Assistant

Sage accounting experience a plus, bookkeeping experience a must utilizing the following

  • Accounts payables
  • Cash receipts
  • Payroll – including all monthly federal, state and local reporting and year end reporting including W-2’s and 1095-B’s
  • Bank deposits
  • Bank reconciliation
  • General journal entries
  • Financial statements
  • Administration of health, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance
  • Reporting associated with Affordable Care Act for a self-funded health care plan
  • Administration of workers comp insurance and year end auditing
  • Administration of 401k plan and all associated reports and filings
  • Excel and Word a must.
  • Human Resource , HR experience a plus ,
  • Administration assistant to the Executive Team
