Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Fast Growing Company is looking for an accounting clerk / Customer Service to work in a fast paced working environment for full time position. (If desired, an experienced person can be considered for part time too !!).
The job Duties would include :

  • Customer Service : Answer phone calls, taking orders, entering into the system.
  • Accounting: Process invoices for payment, matching with daily reports and back ups, find discrepancy, entering into Quickbooks.
  • Create daily reports.Enter bills for invoicing from vendors, match with the packing slips, resolve discrepancy, schedule bill payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit cards statements and prepare month end reports.Filing management to ensure proper filing of all documents, scanning of paperwork.

  • Office Hours : M-F 8 to 4:30

  • Qualification : Excellent verbal and communication skills required, Quickbooks knowledge is must, ability to organize the workload, proficient in Microsoft products, scanning and e-mailing. Must type 30 wpm. Candidates must have 5 years experience minimum and 1 year of college.
