Customer Service Representative

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for supporting customers before, during and after orders are placed. They are also responsible for being the voice of our brand.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working on a wide variety of incoming contact including phone calls and emails. They will be able to go above and beyond for our customers satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Taking inbound phone calls and follow up outbound phone calls
  • Helping customers with orders, confirming information
  • Accurately and efficiently processing orders
  • Correspond and coordinate with other departments to achieve issue resolution for customers
  • Setting up new customer accounts with login and password
  • Capable of using multiple browsers to research products and pricing for customers

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:

  • CLEAR AND CONCISE VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • QUICK TYPIST
  • COMFORTABLE USING WEB BASED TOOLS
  • ABLE TO USE EMAIL AND UNDERSTAND BASIC FUNCTIONS AND OPTIONS ( CC,BCC, ETC)
  • ABLE TO LEARN NEW WEB TOOLS QUICKLY
  • ABLE TO QUICKLY ANALYZE DATA AND RESPOND
  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE
  • ABLE TO BE AN ENGAGED TEAM PLAYER
  • A WILLINGNESS TO COME IN AND HELP CUSTOMERS EVERYDAY

OUR TRAINING PROCESS:

Extensive training is provided prior to new hires working one on one with customers .

The training process involves learning a large amount of new information in a short amount of time. The team you are joining is made of those who have successfully completed the process.
