Account Executive/National Sales

For the past ten years, Yin Group has been a leading provider of software and hardware solutions that transform China manufacturing, the world center of manufacturing. At this time our automation solution is looking to expand within North America. The automation product lines lead in its markets as a provider of precision knife-based cutting solutions serving customers in the Apparel, Furniture, Automotive, Aerospace, Composite, Bedding, and other manufacturing industries. These solutions enable customers to produce their products better, faster and at a lower cost.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, supporting and managing day-to-day client relationships of new markets and companies; actively expanding the internal knowledge base of these accounts; communicating with internal resources, and advocating for the successful completion of sales contracts.Compensation is $50,000 per year, plus $5,000-10,000 per machine sale, with unlimited earning.

As Account Executive/National Sales, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Growth into existing markets and companies (prospecting and lead management).
  • Growth into new markets and companies (prospecting and lead management).
  • Initiating pro-active account strategies to maximize revenue, growth and margins in order to meet or exceed targets and metrics.
  • Continuously analyze sales territory, sales levels and trends thru research and planning.
  • Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining new accounts.
  • Helping to manage client relationships for all project/program activity.
  • Supporting an accurate pipeline (forecasting and reporting).
  • Managing the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity.
  • Maintains CRM data and its integrity.
  • Develops and maintains the sales forecasting, Metrics, and budgets for assigned territory.
  • Supporting the America’s Sales team members to ensure high levels of client satisfaction with all aspects of Yin products and services, and resolving client satisfaction issues responsibly and professionally.
  • Developing and maintaining current knowledge of client's business, programs, press releases, competitors, strategies, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

You Also Posess

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and are a self-starter.
  • Related experience in a strategic marketing or conceptual sales environment.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
  • Minimum 3 to 7 years business/sales experience.
  • A University education.
  • A willingness to travel if required (15% - 25%).
  • Experience in CAD, automatic spreading and automatic cutting industries preferred;
