1099 Contract Uncapped Commissions
We are a medically managed and supervised substance abuse facility for men 18+ only seeking the only individuals. with established and physician relationships, especially Pain Management, Internal Medicine, Counselors, Family Medicine / General Practice, Addiction Specialists. Strong contacts in hospitals, with case managers, legal professionals and with church establishments are huge advantages, as well. Your main focus will be to educate those in the industry of our facilities and gain referrals to our facility. We are considered a destination detox and residential treatment facility/resort. We are currently growing and will be opening our 2nd facility on South Padre Island in 90-120 Days.
We accept private pay, some US insurance companies and have financing options available. We serve clients from all 50 states and foreign countries.
WE PAY THE HIGHEST COMMISSION IN THE INDUSTRY & we offer a transition to salary once you have established your pipeline.

Responsibilities
Develops knowledge of our services specific to the target markets.
Drives sales and revenue growth in assigned territory through, new lead generation, referrals and establishing relationships with prospective customers.
Must develop a thorough understanding of the implementation process including account on-boarding, and customer service support and services offered.
Prospecting of new clients through cold calling, in-person visits to physicians’ offices, hospitals and clinics as well as networking with existing clients and participating in trade shows and other networking opportunities.
Develops an monthly sales plan consistent with the goals, objectives and vision of the company. Implements sales plans, prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly updates and manages sales time/resources according to plan.
Meet quota expectations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Must be able to effectively manage territory as it relates to pre-call planning and routing, targeting, messaging and programs/services.
Gather account related information and provide input on key customer opportunities.
Regularly meet with management and operations staff to discuss sales activities, opportunities, potential problems, etc.
Accurately forecast new wins and identify accounts at risk of leaving coupled with action plans to save them. Maintain strict adherence to all legal and corporate compliance guidelines.
All other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Life Sciences and 2+ years of professional healthcare services outside sales experience. Laboratory, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare services outside sales experience is referred.
Requirements

  • Successful Toxicology, Lab, Pharmacogenics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Health Care, Addiction, sales experience a must.
  • Strong existing relationships & network of Physicians
  • MUST HAVE CURRENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL PHYSICIANS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
  • Ability to understand and explain the services
  • Diligent, personal & time management skills
  • Ability to work successfully as an independent 1099 representative
  • W2- DIRECT POSITIONS are available with certain product lines and for very qualified candidates with documented success and we can forecast early month goals
  • Six figures at goal. Earning potential is UNLIMITED.
  • Ability to develop new business and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Consistent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have a mobile phone, a computer, Internet access and the ability to Skype with Business Development manager minimum of 1 time per week.
  • MUST REPRESENT OUR COMPANY IN A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL MANNER
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
