Administrative Assistant/Support Staff/Customer Service

We are currently seeking an individual with basic to advanced office skills to assist our office staff with daily tasks. The hours for this position will be 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Skills Needed:

  • Good customer service
  • Inside sales experience a big plus
  • Answer incoming calls and other receptionist duties
  • Ability to add jobs to Google Calendar
  • Able to keep up with a fast pace environment
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Good computer skills
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Trustworthy
  • Dependable
  • Be a go-getter not afraid to take on any task

There will be a few other office tasks and projects to handle during the shift but very light clerical duties.

Will be responsible for closing office.

No phone calls please.
