Customer Success Manager

Job Description

We are seeking high energy individuals for our Customer Success Manager position. This role requires an individual who is a team player, flexible and has a can do attitude. You will perform a variety of duties and the role calls for excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to effectively organize yourself and manage your time is critical to this role.

Job Brief
The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling customers to onboard them to our Marketing Programs previously sold to and endorsed by the Franchisor. It requires the ability to connect to and relate to people, develop long-term relationships with National Brands and their Franchisees.

With each client we strive to make their marketing programs a success. Each location we work with is a small business owner and their success is our success.
You will be responsible for daily interaction with clients and act as a liaison between Franchisees, Franchsior and internals teams to ensure the timely and successful sale and delivery of our Marketing Services.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by performing sales calls and prospecting business opportunities
  • Convert leads to sales
  • Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with Sales team
  • Service new and existing clients with bi-monthly phone calls and building long-term relationships
  • Maintain an accurate database by continually updating contact information and status
  • Work with the marketing department on new material that will suit the needs of the franchise structure
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum High School Diploma, College, preferred.
  • Friendly, persuasive telephone manner.
  • Possess the ability to learn quickly and work unsupervised, self-motivated.
  • Organizational skills necessary to follow through on all requests for information and select the appropriate response
