Customer Service Support

Provide systems support assistance to business line partners that utilize the Small Business Loan Center (BBOs, Bankers, and their support staff). Communicate with both retail and business banking staff to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and provide basic troubleshooting support with navigating through a web based underwriting platform. Responsible for ensuring compliance with both internal policies and customer service standards. The specialist is expected to answer all questions correctly. The position will be in a small call center environment. Both communication skills and computer skills must be excellent. Training will be provided on the systems but basic technical skills are required to be able to hit the ground running.
Basic Qualifications
In depth knowledge of systems and procedures, e.g., navigating, getting started.
Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult customer calls.
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems.
Excellent time management skills needed in order to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Ability to relay technical information in a manner that is clear and concise.
Detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
Proven ability to work in a medium to fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
