Office Administrator/Bookkeeper
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper opportunity with a family owned Industrial Distribution/Manufacturing Corporation based in Chicago, IL (Humboldt Park).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
-Scheduling and entering purchase orders & sales orders -Accounts payable / receivable entry
-Light Bookkeeping -Able to interact with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients

Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years Office Administration/Bookkeeper experience. -High School Diploma, college preferred. -Typing of 40 wpm or more -Microsoft Office - Intermediate Level (Outlook, Word, Excel) -Organized and Detailed Oriented -Strong Math Skills -Follow directives, and hit deadlines assigned to tasks -Quick Learner
-Experience in Industrial Distribution/Manufacturing is a plus.
