Guest Services Representative/ Concierge

Responsibilities:
-Answer Incoming/ Make Outgoing Phone Calls to Guests.
-Send quotes through email to potential guests.
-Facilitate reservations via phone and email.
-Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints.
-Collect payment from guests.
-Follow specific guidelines and be a team player.
-Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments.

Qualifications:
-Strong phone and computer skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Have the self-discipline to work professionally from a home office.
-Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields.
-Ability to build rapport with guests.
-Strong organizational skills.
-The ability to work as part of a team, follow the directions of managers and supervisors, adhere to the companies policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
