iCARS is an executive ground transportation solution for business travelers. We connect the leading transportation providers to organizations and their travelers through our web and mobile applications. We offer on demand, near demand, and future reservations for hotels and corporations. Our vehicles and drivers meet all local, state, and federal regulation standards; including commercial insurance, commercially licensed vehicles, proper airport permitting, and professional chauffeur training.

iCARS City Market Manager will be responsible for the sales efforts and the management of affiliates in your specific market.

Job Duties

  • Manage Dallas, Austin, and Houston markets.
  • Create a list of qualified target corporations and hotels in your market.
  • Prospect potential clients and rigorous follow up to close deals.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Sign on clients and drive usage in converted accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Train new clients and affiliates on booking technology.
  • Manage relationship with black car providers.


  • MUST have worked for a TMC/OTA such as Orbitz, Expedia, Priceline, etc. OR has extensive network of and deep relationships with hotel professionals or corporate travel managers.
  • Previous high volume cold-calling experience.
  • Must be positive, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn.
  • Excellent written skills and highly articulate.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Deliver extraordinary customer relationships.
  • Professional, determined, and results oriented.
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria
  • Ability to learn key software applications.
  • Experience with email campaigns utilizing different CRM’s and Platforms.
  • Four year College Degree.
