Part Time Sales Associate

Alexis Bittar is a CFDA award winning Jewelry designer based Brooklyn. We are a high fashion brand with a personalized boutique setting. We are searching to add to our amazing store Flagship store in Soho. The team will continue to grow the business through training the staff, hosting events and building local partnerships.We offer a very positive team focused environment; energetic and fun but always professional.We expect a high level of commitment and a strong work ethic from all of our employees.In return, we provide extensive training, support and room for growth in the Fashion Industry and beyond.

Sales Experience
-Ability to use your confidence and style to actively create sales
-Experience growing and maintaining a loyal client base
-Well-versed and current fashion knowledge
-Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm on the sales floor while offering a high end experience

-Observant and detail oriented

-Ability to collaborate with Home Office to strategize and resolve problems; not afraid to ask questions
-Willingness to dig in and do what it takes to make goals
-Adept at communicating clearly and concisely, in a professional manner
-Ability to identify and set priorities in order to most effectively manage both your time for maximum productivity

General Experience
-Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-General computer knowledge and trouble shooting skills
-Understanding of Inventory Control and ability to troubleshoot issues
-Experience using a retail point of sale program
-Solid understanding of retail terms and retail math
-Basic merchandising skills

Some of your responsibilities in this position will include:
-Meeting and exceeding store sales goals through training, motivation and hands on selling
-Scheduling, payroll and sales reports
-Overseeing merchandising and maintenance of the store
-Inventory control
-Events and client outreach
